WHERE IS THE CONCERT?
Music Under the Trees 2022 will be held virtually via OnlineConcertThing.com.
WHAT'S THE EVENT SCHEDULE?
There will be two concerts, one on Saturday afternoon and one on Sunday afternoon. Each concert will consist of two sets, as follows:
- Saturday, August 6, 2022 from 1-3 pm Pacific: Betsy Tinney, Vixy & Tony
- Sunday, August 7, 2022 from 12-2 pm Pacific: Alexander James Adams, Menage à Trio
HOW MUCH IS ADMISSION?
Admission is $25. As with previous Music Under the Trees events, a single ticket will admit you to all the event's concerts.
For $35, you'll get both admission and video downloads for all the event's concerts.
HOW WILL THE VIRTUAL CONCERTS WORK?
MUTT 2022 will be presented via pre-recorded video. All performance videos will be recorded "live" -- meaning that they will be pro video recordings of us performing live on the Wildpine stage especially for MUTT 2022, without any fancy editing or retouching. And, thanks to vaccinations and being outdoors, we all get to perform together on stage, in person, for the first time since last year's virtual MUTT. (We are super excited about this!)
There are several advantages to the "live video" approach over livestreaming: first, of course, is that our concerts won't be interrupted by technical glitches or Wifi issues (at least, not on our end). Also, the performers will be able to participate live in the concert-side text chat, interacting directly with audience members during the concert. (We are excited about that too!)
